"Khushi and Ryan returned from their honeymoon, but their blissful bubble was quickly burst as Ryan had to rush off to a high-stakes business meeting. As they parted ways at the doorstep, Ryan gave Khushi a quick peck on the cheek and a warm hug, but she seemed unfazed. Austin, however, noticed that Khushi's eyes lingered on Ryan long after he'd disappeared from sight. She seemed lost in thought, her gaze soft and wistful. Austin couldn't help but wonder how long it would take Khushi to realize her true emotions.

Later At dinner:

Khushi seemed to wait eagerly for someone,she wasn't eating even ..she was texting and calling but she couldn't reach Ryan.

Austin: how was the honeymoon? You two enjoyed?

Khushi: ( choked ) what ! I mean yes it was quite fine !

Austin: (teasingly ) huhhh ! That's quite noticeable on your neck and you two are closer !!

Khushi : ( blushing)nooo ... We just bonded as friends on our honeymoon... It's not like that you are thinking!

Austin:oh so you two couples enjoyed a lot ,have  fun and saying oh we are just friends!!!

Oh my brother you have married a dramatic woman!

Khushi: shut up ( showing him fork ) ! I will kill you ( smilingly) !!!!!!!Ok !!!! Let it . Austin can you tell me something?

Austin : ummm ! Seems you are waiting for my hot brother!

Khushi: shut up; have you fed my whiskas well these days ! She seems weak !

Austin: yes my brother's queen! Whiskas is alright and pregnant! So this was the thing you were asking for ?

Khushi: wow I noticed her belly is swallowed, however I am waiting for her babies!!  Actually Austin, I have been calling.... Your brother but I don't know his phone is unreachable and his assistant is not receiving my calls ! I mean I can't reach him !

Austin: it's so normal; maybe he is busy!

Khushi: can you take me to his office???? Or can you tell me is he coming tonight or he is gonna stay in his office tonight? He didn't inform me of anything!

Austin: he will come but he will be late ! No need to go there ! Enjoy your meal ! By the way I have a plan for his birthday tomorrow!

Khushi: ok ...( Yet she seems tensed) ! Plan !? What's it ! I was also thinking! But I don't know much about him ; and i really don't know what gift I should give him can you help me ?

Austin: oh I have already planned everything you just help me to prepare and you know Steve is also coming!

Khushi: wow steve ! Yehhhh ! Then it will be fun! Ok Austin I will make the birthday cake then ! You have to bought me some items!

Austin: ok fine! I will ...you know what! We have also prepared a small entertainment zone !

Khushi: really! I am gonna sing then !

Austin: haha 🤣 I know you are just like a radio more to be Alexa ! Always ready to sing songs !

I have seen how everyone teased you in your home for your extra excitement to sing songs !

Khushi ( giving him a side eye look ) : shut up ! Ok fine I will not perform!

Austin: hey 😄 I was just teasing you ! You have to perform, it's my order!!

Khushi: okay fine !!!!!!!! I am going to my room , if you contact your brother then text me okay !

Austin: okkkkkkkkk ( so desparate! )

Ryan's POV :( entered his room late at night in a stammering state and finds khushi sleeping on the bed side )

"As I gazed upon Khushi's peaceful form, bathed in the soft moonlight, my heart skipped a beat. Her gentle snores and serene expression made her look like a beautiful, innocent child. I felt my anxieties and stress melting away, replaced by an overwhelming desire to cuddle and hold her close. She looked like a cute panda, beckoning me to snuggle up and chase my worries away. I sat beside her, gently stroking her hair, my mind racing with the thought: I cannot lose her, no matter what. I was torn between my desire to kiss her forehead and tell her how much I love her ; she just opened her eyes then !

Khushi: "Where were you? You're so late! I was worried sick!"

Ryan: (coldly) "I was busy." (leaning closer, caressing her face)

Khushi: (pushing him away) "hey stop !Are you drunk?!"

Ryan: (nodding) "Maybe a little."

Khushi: why !!! Where you have been it's almost midnight!! Ryan ! And why are you drunk! You could have texted me ! You didn't texted or informed me !

Ryan : ( clenching his fist ) : see khushi I was busy ; my phone was dead !

Khushi: (anger flashing in her eyes) "shut up ! You could just have informed me !I was waiting for you to wish you happy birthday, but you... you just killed my expectations ! I prepared a small surprise for you, and you just ruined everything!"

Khushi's eyes welled up with tears, and Ryan's expression darkened.

Ryan: (anger rising) "You have no idea what I've been dealing with today, Khushi. Don't lecture me about expectations!"

Khushi: (voice shaking) "Ryaaaan what are you talking about!!! ( Calming down ) Ok tell me What happened to you ?

(getting closer to him )what happened! Are you tensed!

Ryan: (raising his voice) "And , Khushi! You never understand me!"(Pushing her away)

Khushi: (tearfully) "I try to understand you, but you never let me in!"

Ryan: (bitterly) Maybe because you never trust me!"

Khushi: ( tearfully ) I do ! ( Softly ) Ryan... Happy birthday... Please come with me ..

(Take him to the beautifully decorated balcony..)

Ryan cut the cake ! She wished for" Happy Birthday", may you find all the happiness you deserve! "

Ryan cuts the cake , they taste it and khushi said

There is a small gift for you in this box handling him a gift box .. open it when you are sober !

Ryan : nods .. ( takes the gift , lightens up a cigarette and goes to washroom)

Khushi walks towards her bed and drifts into sleep with a sulking heart!

At late night Ryan opens the gift box inside it and finds a ring , a wallet and  a sticky note written:

"Dear Ryan,

I'm still trying to process how quickly things happened between us. I didn't get much time to know you before or after we got married, but I'm willing to take the time now. I want to give our marriage a chance, to really get to know you and build a life together.

It's hard for me to trust someone again or to emotionally invest in someone new, you know my past well. But I'm ready to try, Ryan. I'm ready to take that leap of faith with you.

You can be a little rough around the edges, a little hard to control (laughs). But I think I know how to tame a lion!

Happy Birthday, husband. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us.I hope you like my small gifts, open your wardrobe there is something too .

We went to the wardrobe and opened it and found a stylish tuxedo white suit with a bouquet of white rose , he smiled looking at it who gives flowers to boys ???...and finds another sticky note on it ..

Ryaaaan , I hope you like it and I know you are thinking about the bouquet? Right? Yes it's for you ! I hope your life cherishes like the essence of this flowers ...
